Im not enjoying my stay here

Location is good

The house is very dusty. One of the room the aircond is smelly like very long time not service. Host is not responding

The overall house was very dusty and not clean at all. We were charged RM160 for cleaning, but upon entering, the house

nothing

Very bad experience. When we arrived at the house, there was a stranger inside doing repair work. He told us he was fixing wiring issues because the whole house had a power trip. This was not informed to us in advance, and it made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. We expect proper communication and privacy when checking into a property. Please explain why this was not communicated earlier and ensure this does not happen to other guests. I would also like to request appropriate compensation for this experience.

During our staying time and out for meeting, their maintenance guys came in without noticing us.

The property is very old and not very well maintained, toilet cannot flush, air conditioner not working properly..and not clean, can found coaches around.
