DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION! Never in all my years of using this site have I ever walked into a property so bad that I had to leave and find other accommodation! After 6 hours on the road with 2 children I walked into this hell hole. I was immediately met by a smell of mould and wet dog. Looked around and the place was filthy! Floors had not been cleaned covered in hair grime and food spills. Bathroom still dirty with hairs, soap and other matter. The BEDDING HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED 🤢 One of the beds had broken slats making it unusable. There was mould in the kitchen cupboards. There was a dangerous broken floor board upstairs. And the TV did not work! The owners response was to tell me they "meant to get things fixed" that is not good enough, if you know your property has issues you should not be letting it out until they ARE fixed! They also admitted the bedding had not been changed. I'm not a fussy person at all but the thought of sleeping in beds already used by someone else and all the hazards and gross grot everywhere was too much for us. This completely ruined the first 48 hours of our holiday and meant I had to go into my over draft to get new accommodation. Absolutely appalling and a lot of stress I did not need. Please don't book this place, it will ruin your holiday!
