I like using the door code, easy access. Its my first time to stay in private rental without getting lost just to collect keys from different places. With 2 car spaces perfect
There is a loose flooring in the middle of stairs, I was worried it might snap while stepping on it. We could hear people's footstep from next door property but not a big deal. They could probably hear ours as well.

Location was good. Modern building. Heating worked well. Good parking
Was not clean. Firstly when we arrives the whole unit smelt very strongly of curry. Need to be aired. There where hairs in the shower, left over used soap bars and mould on the tiles. The kitchen was dirty with grease smears on the cook top and bench tops. Knifes and forks where dirty and the plates as well. We used the dishwasher and did not work well so had to hand wash everything. Fry pans and pots where Teflon coated but was all scratched and coming off. Need to overhaul kitchen items. Most disappointing was I rang the manager to give this feedback direct and he said "Well its a busy time of year" $1200 per night I expected more.
