The house is pretty new with everything that you need inside. The house was clean.
Some things to keep in mind:
The owner was very kind to rent out their house to us.
You will have to bring your own towels, shower gel, shampoo.
Please be aware that the house contain stuff from the owners (clothes, personal objects, toys, medication, etc.), so use a specific place to store your items, otherwise when you need to pack when you leave, you might forget some personal items to pack. We had to readjust our minds around it, as we were used to rent houses that does not contain the owner personal belongings and it was easier to pack, easier to check if we packed all our personal items or if we missed anything.
On the first night on our arrival it was very hard to open the key safe. We did ring the gentleman but it was very late, probably the owner was sleeping. So we ended up looking on chat gpt on instructions regarding how to open a safe Box who does not open even if you know the right access code. It was just a matter of push and pull at the same time and in the end we managed to open it.
Again, the house is very good. You have Aldi on the door step. You also have lots of beautiful locations around and a playground for kids.
You will most probably need a car. But they have parking space for a car.
Overall we enjoyed a lot our stay. The beds can be more comfy, but this really depends on each of us I guess.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The host was excellent—very responsive and easy to contact, which made everything smooth from start to finish.
The house itself was amazing. We used three bedrooms, all spacious and comfortable. With three bathrooms and an additonal WC downstairs, there was never any waiting around, which was ideal for the family. In the evenings, the selection of board games kept everyone entertained and brought the whole family together.
The location was perfect too—Aldi was literally on the doorstep, and Morrisons just a short drive away. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and walking trails, it was the ideal base for exploring. We especially enjoyed our trip to Golitha Falls, which is only about 12 minutes drive away and Looe, about a 17 minute drive.
Would definitely recommend this place, and a big thank you to the host for making our stay so enjoyable!
