Il fatto che si trovi vicino la gare de Paris nord e che ci siano fermate di metro e autobus a quasi 200 metri.
Il palazzo era molto accogliente, ben tenuto e molto silenzioso.
-La cassetta sicurezza della chiave un pò fatiscente. Ho veramente pensato che non sarei riuscita ad aprirla.
- il phon che non funzionava.
-La scarsa quantità di carta igienica al nostro arrivo. Mezzo rullo per 7 persone. Arrivando di domenica pomeriggio e con tutte le strutture chiuse, si è creato un po’ di disagio.
-Seppur la cucina era ben tenuta e attrezzata, il bollitore e la macchina del caffè erano riposti in uno sportello in alto quasi nascosto e difficile di accesso. Non capisco perché non vengono tenuti a vista .
-Bagno e cucina pulito ma il. Pavimento molto polveroso. Nonostante fosse parquet, non si poteva camminare scalzi.

L'emplacement, confort de la literie
Lit non fait, après un temps de recherche nous avons trouvé les draps dans le sèche linge. Pas de torchon et le nombre de serviettes insuffisant
