Great location! Roberto was very accomodating, and even helped my friend in the morning with getting roof bars for the new old fiat Panda 97 4x4 he had just bought. Overal a really nice guy and great host. We also used the pool which was great in the heat. The AC also worked which sadly is not always the case so that's a big pluss as well.
Not really much to complain about, we had a great stay.

Love it swimming pool was great I love it. And the attention of Roberto was great!
Close to the main plaza of Sinalunga with great restaurant pizzeria and artigianale gelateria

The location was good and we just wanted a place to sleep at.
To simple and no proper facilities. No minibar. No fridge. No shampoos. The floor was stonefloor and it’s hard to tell if it’s clean or not. Too many bugs and flies in the room
