Magnifique. Très calme, vue splendide avec une terrasse spacieuse.
L'appartement est pourvu en ... simplement tout. Cuisine équipée, avec tous les électroménagers dont un très bon frigo, ainsi que de nombreuses facilités de rangement partout dans le logement.
Les lits sont confortables et les nuits paisibles pour en profiter.
Bonus : vous y trouverez beaucoup de lecture pour tous les goûts.
Il y a de belles choses à visiter sur place ou dans les villes des environs en conduisant un peu.
Il faut passer par un grand escalier pour y accéder, ce qui pourrait être un souci pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
C'est vraiment le seul problème, l'appartement est au top !

The property is in a beautiful location overlooking Chateauneuf du Pape with a rooftop sun deck.
There were a number of issues with the property. Firstly, the staircase to reach the property is quite steep with very narrow steps, which is quite dangerous particularly when descending. My wife and I are in our mid sixties and had to struggle getting our 20kg cases up and down. This property definitely is not meant for older people.
Secondly, the property is quite rundown and there is quite a bit of damage to the external wooden decking. The outside area was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. The gas BBQ was so dirty it was unusable. Internally, there is one toilet for three bedrooms. The toilet seat was old and crooked and the toilet door could not be locked. The shower unit was loose on the wall and the overhead rain shower did not work properly.
To add insult to injury, we were required to pay a €500 security deposit in advance of our stay which required me to photograph everything on arrival and departure. We were on a three week driving holiday through France and had stayed at far superior properties which cost less and didn’t require a security deposit.
