Great location, open plan, no separate bedroom

Very central, close to railway and old Malaga

The description suggests one bedroom, which was part of my search string however, there is not one bedroom, the apartment is completely open plan, no separate bedroom. I suggest the description is changed?

AN OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED GLORIFIED HOTEL ROOM

Nothing

When entering the building from the street, the sewer smell was overpowering. The photos certainly are deceptive. I paid $AUD250 per night for a very poorly designed rectangular room lacking character with a matchbox size bathroom squeezed in to one side. The shower is so small I couldn't lift my arms up to wash my long hair. The floor became extremely slippery when wet, and I did slip and slide on several occasions, resulting in a huge bruise on my arm from hitting the basin. Once showered, I had to step out of the bathroom to dry myself. The mattress was hard and the pillows lumpy. There is no dishwasher, but why no plug for the sink to hand wash dishes? The tv is placed on a wall and viewing is only from the dining table or sofa (with your head at an awkward angle). It can't be viewed from the bed. The tv remote case was broken. There is a large stepladder on the Juliet balcony and another smaller stepladder taking up space under the tv. Not sure why they were there. This property uses a virtual assistant to communicate. Several impersonal emails every day after committing to the booking asking for the same information drove me insane. It is necessary to make your way to Freshlanding office to collect the key before going to the apartment at a different location. I arrived on a day of 40 degrees - the aircon hadn't been turned on for my comfort. Nothing is provided - no water, no teabags (I didn't find a kettle) just 4 coffee pods for the coffee machine. I'm glad I had my own soap and hair products. The noise from the street is loud and constant as the windows aren't sound proofed. But it was the noise from the fridge motor that kept me awake each night. The fridge is located less than a metre from the head of the bed, so I couldn't escape from the noise. I wasn't able to take a nap during the afternoon as there are no shutters on the windows, and the flimsy curtains don't cover the windows to keep the light out.

De locatie is geweldig en we konden heel gemakkelijk overal naar toe lopen: naar het centrum, het strand en andere attracties. Het was vooral makkelijk omdat je steeds de mogelijkheid had om door de dag heen terug kon komen om snel weer op te frissen.

Wat ons tegenviel was de badkamer, omdat we zo'n kleine badkamer niet verwachtten.
