One big disappointment

The location is convenient. The WiFi connection was perfectly stable. I got many heart points because the building doesn't have an elevator and the apartment is on the 5th floor.

I booked this apartment because of its 8.5 rating, and that's why I anticipated some features commonly associated with this rating. However, I was hugely disappointed. It started in the bathroom. There was a small blood drop and blonde hairs on the toilet seat, likely left by the previous guests. The drain in the shower was partially clogged, making the water drain extremely slowly. It was impossible to take a shower normally, as one had to wait until the water went down the pipe a little bit. The shower itself was not tidy. We were not provided a pipe cleaning powder (for a clogged drain), washing powder, shampoo or shower gel. The pictures are misleading. Our stay there was 9 nights; based on the pictures, I expected to have 5 towels, but only 2 were provided. No kitchen towels. No hand towels. Two towels are definitely not enough for two people and 9 nights. The fridge on the inside was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. Generally, from a distance, the apartment seemed clean unless one took a closer look. When I took a closer look, it turned out that the dishes and mugs were dirty. There was a dishwashing sponge, but it was used. The iron was so used, the whole of its ironing surface was a brown to black gradient; it felt unsafe to use it. Cooking pots were dirty as well, and they lacked lids. The mattress was uncomfortable; it was thin and a bit strange (consisted of two parts, one could easily see a bending line). The pillows were small. If you ask me how they manage to get their average rating, that's how. The next day after the check-out, they are going to ask you to leave a positive review with a rating of 10/10 (and in the case of a positive review, you become eligible to contact them by email to receive a discount voucher for your next stay).

Disappointing

bed too small, front door flimsy and easy to break in, drug addicts in neighborhood. Doesn't feel safe. Does not look like the picutres.

Darmowy parking. Czysto, świeże pościele i ręczniki, darmowe WIFI.

Brak chociażby herbaty, woda zamiast płynu do naczyń.

najbardziej podobała mi się lokalizacja, 5 minut spacerkiem do przystanku autobusowego, schludne czyste mieszkanie, brak windy to żaden problem nie rozumiem jakichkolwiek negatywnych opini na ten temat, dużo bardziej przestronnie niż na zdjęciach, wszystko było przemyślane i funkcjonalne, kontakty lampki
