Prime location , comfortable room
Amazing person at the admission wgo made everything very comfortable
This place is in the middle of old town and you can walk everywhere .
The shower , it was with no barriers so the water was splashing on the toilet and made the whole floor wet .

Ragul the general manager was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived at the property. He was so accommodating and attentive throughout our short time staying here. Upon arrival we were immediately offered some delicious dates and cold water and coffee while we were checked in. He showed us to our room and specifically pointed out the security measures regarding the doors and locks of the room which instantly made us feel safe and happy as a group of three women travelling. He was happy to recommend places for coffee and dinner to us. Rahul also let us leave our bags at the house while we had breakfast and explored the souks since we had already checked out. As we were leaving, Ragul gifted each of us a parting gift which was so sweet and special, made sure we had reliable transportation back to Muscat and also gifted us a pack of the dates we had so enjoyed the previous day. The room itself was spacious and carried an authentic charm whilst also maintaining all the modern facilities you would expect. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Nizwa and opposite a lovely frozen yogurt shop. While we loved our room, the location and facilities, Raguls personality and attention was what made the experience truly special and memorable for us.

Staff is very friendly and give your good guidance. The room was excellent and amenities were up to the mark. Location is quite central and conveninet to walk around.
