I love all about Prince Plaza , Fantastic staff, Great Location, Kitchen facilities and more, I have nothing bad at all to say, I always stay at Prince whenever I'm in area and consider this hotel as a friend. Thankyou 🙏 Take care and God bless.

The check-in was easy and quick. The staff is pleasant and understanding.
The location is great, a few minutes' walk from Greenbelt 5 and the Ayala museum.
The flat is spacious enough.
Taking the elevator was a whole different story (one elevator is undergoing maintenance, and the other needs to be called by phone from the room to come to your floor. That's quite unnerving).
The pictures made us think of something far more modern, instead the hotel is really old. The mattresses in one room are too firm, and in the other room really too soft.
The windows haven't been cleaned in a very long time.
The bathrooms had sewage smell - contained only if you left the doors closed.
All in all, it's ok for a one night stay between flights.
