Location is the best. Rooms are good. staff is friendly
The elevator. If I come to Manila, I always stay here. Now, for more than a year, the elevator has not been working. You always have to call the security and wait for a long time. Had to call a few times to get the elevator. Please replace the lift soon.

Tired needs updating. But it’s clean, staffs were friendly and available to help. Location is great.
Aircon was not that cold, bed was not comfortable. Elevator was under repair that we had to call to get to the ground floor.
