Le logement nous a suffit pour une nuit mais je ne recommande pas

Le logement est bien situé pour sortir sur la marina. Grand et literie confortable.

Le ménage ne semblait pas avoir été fait avant notre arrivée (cheveux et poils en tout genre, tapis de bains sale, pas de taies d’oreillers..). Table extérieur complètement cassée.

Expérience décevante – Manque de transparence sur un problème majeur d’eau

L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la marina, avec un accès facile aux restaurants et aux activités. Appartement très spacieux et bien équipé

Le séjour a été fortement impacté par des coupures d’eau récurrentes et prolongées, pouvant durer plus de 36 heures, sans aucun horaire prévisible. Il n’y a ni citerne ni stockage d’eau prévu, obligeant les occupants à remplir des seaux manuellement et à chauffer l’eau avec une bouilloire pour pouvoir l’utiliser. Ce manque d’eau rend le séjour extrêmement contraignant, en particulier avec des enfants en bas âge. Le vrai problème est que l’hôte Annabelle ne nous a jamais informés en amont de cette situation, alors qu’elle a admis que ces coupures durent depuis plus d’un an. Si nous avions été prévenus, nous aurions pu choisir un autre logement. Son manque de transparence nous a mis devant le fait accompli, ce qui est inacceptable pour une location de vacances. De plus, son attitude a été non professionnelle et agressive lorsque la situation a escaladé. Elle a fini par demander au gardien de nous fournir des bidons d’eau, mais seulement après que la tension soit montée. Elle est même allée jusqu’à nous demander de quitter l’appartement en plein séjour, avant que la situation ne se calme. Au lieu de reconnaître le tort de ne pas nous avoir informés en amont, elle a qualifié nos demandes de "exigences de ministre", ce qui témoigne d’un manque total de considération pour ses clients. Les futurs voyageurs doivent savoir à quoi s’attendre avant de réserver cet hébergement, sous peine d’avoir une mauvaise surprise. Malgré un bon emplacement, l’absence d’eau et l’attitude de l’hôte rendent l’expérience très difficilement recommandable.
