O caseiro era bem simpático
A localização é bem ruim, fica num beco bem estreito, muito difícil para manobrar o carro, além de ser uma rua sem muita estrutura, inclusive de saneamento.
O estacionamento é péssimo, vc tranca os carros, tendo o transtorno de se preocupar em saber quem te trancou e de estar atento caso tenha trancado alguém.
Ficamos no quarto orquídea (térreo) - o quarto em si era ok, quando chegamos estava limpo porém durante a estadia apareceram 4 baratas, havia muito cheiro de esgoto na frente do quarto e, no dia que fomos embora, havia um rato morto próximo ao quarto.
A área comum da piscina era ok
No dia do ano novo ficamos sem internet, a água não esquentou e ficamos sem ar condicionado a tarde… mandei mensagem informado porém não tive retorno
