Our stay was ok so far.

Smart and Clean. Good location, but could be improved.

Very convenient to the station. You can be in the room within a minute of the train arriving if on platform 1. Handy for the lake also. Very new and clean. Hopefully the issues below can be addressed.

The big hassle is the payment of the city tax. This for some reason is done on arrival, but can't be by cash or card. It needs to be either by a payment method which is only possible for those with a Swiss bank account or by international bank transfer. This is a real hassle if you are not familiar. I have found that "Wise" is a cost effective way to do this, as a UK bank would charge typically £25 which would be more than the tax for a 3 night stay. Here is a referral link: https://wise.com/invite/u/stepheng1551 (It would appear that the appartments are marketed to the German speaking part of Switzerland.) The city tax apparently does not entitle to the "Ticino Ticket", which is only given when staying in a hotel, hostel or campsite. For some reason the same tax does not give this when staying in an appartment. We had booked appartment "Offering a garden and mountain view". There was no such view, just over a small street. The lack of curtains could be an issue for those who require a dark room. There were shutters to close over the main windows, but not for the upper windows. The "bedroom" is so small that this would be better as a studio appartment. The inventory was minus a TV and kettle which were brough to us. However the TV is really just an internet monitor. Although there is a full size dishwasher this is effectively useless as there are only 2 sets of crockery. There were no full size plates.

Sehr ruhig und mega nah zum Bahnhof. Hatte auch einen Ventilator. Alles wichtige war vorhanden und hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Der Bereich zum schlafen ist sehr eng. Dies könnte mit einem Bett ohne Kopfteil sicher etwas besser gestaltet werden. Zu dem hatte es hinter dem Kopfteil eine kleine Nische mit Stromanschluss. Ohne Kopfteil könnte man ein kleines Lämpchen dort hinstellen

Die Lage war super

Die Unterkunft war eher klein, das Bett war auch (zu) klein, nur 1 Deckbett vorhanden (resp. eines im Schrank "versteckt"), unbequeme Kissen, es war sehr heiss, der zwar vorhandene Ventilator war sehr laut.
