Excellent peaceful location, plenty of private parking and easy walk to amenities in Coltishall. The barn is very spacious and comfortable, light and airy with everything provided to make it a home from home stay. The beds are very comfortable. The provision of toys and games for children is especially welcome and appreciated as was the welcome bottle of Prosecco, biscuits and crisps. Communication with the host was always clear and prompt. It is worth noting that there were people staying in the adjacent carriage; this was in no way an issue and our privacy, even though we used the outside to play with young children, was in no way impeded.

The barn was just as advertised and would love to return. Communication with Lauren was amazing and made everything so easy. The beds were extremely comfortable and barn itself catered for all. Our daughter loved all of the toys and books available which kept her entertained.

The property is beautiful, very tastefully furnished.
The double bed its too small. We struggled to get a good night sleep. I feel the owner missed a trick; only if the “main” bed was king size it would be so much more comfortable. Otherwise great place to stay.
