Lage im Weinberg ist perfekt für Ruhe.
Am Gardasee ist man in 10 Minuten.
Salò erreicht man in 20 Minuten
Toll renoviert, modern, trotzdem in die Gegend passend.
Restaurant ist toll.
Durchdachte Karte.
Wir waren dort anlässlich einer Hochzeitsfeier. Was dort möglich gemacht wurde, war beeindruckend.
Die Tage davor und danach, haben wir ebenfalls genossen.
Preis Leistungsverhältnis empfanden wir als hart an der Grenze.

The garden and the pool
Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid.
The room we were given was located directly opposite the outdoor dining area, which was used by guests every day. From very early in the morning, there was music playing, as well as constant noise from conversations and cutlery, which made it difficult to sleep.
The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. Even when housekeeping came to clean, it never felt properly cleaned. The floor was not vacuumed during our stay, there were hairs left on the floor, the towels were not replaced, and there was quite a lot of dust in the room.
The shower also leaked badly, so after every shower the entire bathroom floor was flooded with water. Housekeeping clearly saw this every day, yet no one offered to have it repaired or to move us to another room.
In our opinion, the breakfast selection was quite limited. Even the eggs that could be ordered separately felt very small in portion. We ordered ours with bacon, and the amount served was extremely minimal and simply not enough. Overall, it gave us the impression that the hotel was trying to save on small things rather than provide a generous experience.
The swimming pool water was also very cold.
In general, we felt that there was a lack of attention to the small details, especially considering the price of the stay. For example, the cups provided in the room were disposable, and there was no coffee available either in the room or in the lobby.
We came here as part of our honeymoon, so we were especially disappointed. Instead of feeling spoiled or taken care of, we often felt as though the hotel was trying to cut costs at the guests’ expense.
That being said, the hotel itself is very beautiful, and the gardens are lovely and well maintained. Unfortunately, the overall service and attention to detail did not match the standard we expected.
