Helena, Ricardo and John are amazing hosts. We loved our stay and couldnt have been happier with the room, location and food/wine on offer. An absolute gem of a place that I would recommend to anyone.

On arrival we were greeted by Helena with a complimentary drink and a history of the redevelopment of the property and vine yard. The rooms were very comfortable with fantastic views over the Douro valley. A beautiful outdoor pool to relax. A tasty local produce turned into delightful meals accompanied by local wines selected by Ricardo and John. Couldn't have asked for any more to relax and recharge.

Honestly: we’ve travelled a lot in out lives and it’s by far one of the best experiences we had in that kind of places. Very authentic, charming, calm , extraordinary and generous owners that make you feel at home
