In it's glory days I'm sure this was a terrific property. Sadly, it has deteriorated over the years and maintenance of the outdoor areas seems to have lapsed. The placita we were in was fairly new and updated. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The menu offered at the restaurant was quite limited, but again staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.

We checked in after the sun went down so it was dark out. Lighting on the property is very bad. Dark everywhere. Wish there was more light to actually see where we were going. The hotel room itself is also dark. The restaurant was dark. Not a good experience for my dad who is partially blind. Staff is very helpful though, they were patient with our questions and gave directions.

WiFi does not reach room.
Not within 15 minutes from guanajuato downtown area.
Didn't get clean towels everyday.
Hot water does take a 15 minute wait to come out.
Very friendly staff and didn't had any problems with their services.
They close the parking lot doors and let you in and out at nights, your car will be safe.
