There is a king-size bedroom with a shower room, and a spa room with sauna and TV. Outside there is a private decked terrace with seating, and off-road parking for one car, EV charging point. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot (no mattress) available. 12 Meadow Retreat is a wonderful base to explore Cornwall from. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: There is a lake on-site; children must be supervised at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: Steps to access property. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted. Please note that the ponds and surrounding reed beds form an important natural habitat for local wildlife. During the bird nesting season, typically between March and September, the reeds may appear more established than shown in some website photographs. In line with the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, vegetation management may be restricted during this period to help protect nesting birds and other wildlife. We appreciate your understanding as we work to preserve the natural environment and biodiversity of the site for both wildlife and guests to enjoy.
