About this house rental
A sweet, detached cottage located down a quiet lane in the coastal town of New Quay. Perfect couple retreat with picturesque walks from your doorstep. In the heart of New Quay which has restaurants, pubs, independent shops, harbour, and sandy beaches. Just a short walk from the Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
Layout
Open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has large French doors looking out on to the small, hedged garden, with cosy seating, a TV and wooden floors and a wood burner to snuggle up to in front of after a day exploring the area. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and washer/dryer along with a dining table for those romantic meals. Completing the ground floor is a shower room with shower and WC. Head up the oak staircase to the first floor, where you will find two armchairs in front of the bay window with views over Cardigan Bay.

A king bed along with a single bed perfect for a child
Exterior
A traditional slate patio area, there is a bistro table and chairs under the palm tree. Off-road parking for one small car is available to the side of the property. Note: the garden is NOT secure.

The property was everything it said it was. The only difficulty was getting the car into the tight parking space, that aside it was a fantastic stay and we felt comfortable and at home throughout. The attention to detail was great, e.g. thinking about occasional tables, lighting, sockets, mirrors. The quality of furnishings was high. Maybe a small bottle of milk and t bags in the welcome pack would have been nice, however, we appreciated everything provided and it is one of the best holiday stays we have had. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
