Take a short stroll to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, and Hawaiian Convention Center. This gorgeous, remodeled studio offers ocean views and sleeps 2. This unit is located on the 16th floor. KITCHEN/DINING This home includes a kitchenette with a hot plate (portable stove), microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware. LIVING/SLEEPING AREA This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2 guests), dining area for 2 guests, smart tv, and ac. BED/BATH This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2 guests) and full bath with standing shower. OUTDOOR AREAS This home does not have a private outdoor area. BUILDING AMENITIES The Hawaiian Monarch building offers upgraded amenities such as a giant Sundeck, pool and hot tub, paid fitness center (one-time nominal fee), paid luggage storage (one-time nominal fee), paid laundry (nominal fee). The building lobby levels also have a locally-owned coffee shop, car rental, King’s (bar), convenience store and restaurant (Burger & Sushi). Building has 24/7 security, elevators and attached, secured garage. PARKING This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee of approximately $40/day. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time. Cute studio is at the end of the busy strip, which was nice when it came to being able to walk to stores, but not having it too crowded when trying to drive. Place was clean with some necessities. Thanks for the stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good for the price, but the showers were SO short.. Granted, I'm pretty tall but even my wife had issues using the shower. We did enjoy our stay though, enjoyable location for a fairly cheap price.

Location is only a few blocks to beach and main drag. So price is great for that. I felt they could have cleaned the space a bit deeper, but they sent the cleaner back up. Had an issue with toilet and they got on it right away. I would put in a broom for sure as sand is a given and would be nice to sweep up. Loose the dog picture in the bathroom. Otherwise we could cook our meals and had a great view. We would stay here again as price was good.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checking in and out was messy but at least it was handled quickly when things were brought up. The property was okay definitely could be updated and miner things patched and painted. I stayed for three weeks and it was okay but at least I’m a good location. The laundry room was a plus and the pool was pretty good as well. I think maybe there should be a different protocol if longer stays are happening just in my personal opinion.

The room I stayed in is not run by the hotel itself but it is in mad need of some repairs and a deep clean. If you’re staying for a long period of time I’d look elsewhere. The parking cost alone is crazy but that’s most of the island. Communication for the reservation and room key was horrible

Our flight changed and had to stay at a hotel for a couple nights. The hotel did not compare! I will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is perfect! Great location, view from the window, and price-quality. We also used the hot tub in the pool area once, and the washing machine service. Check-in, check-out, and communication were great. I totally recommend this place and I will choose it for my next stay for sure! Mahalo!Side note: On arrival, we had a problem with the towels and small ants by the window (but expect to find these ants everywhere in Hawaii, no matter where you go) and the host arranged new towels and ants repellent for the very next day.
