About this villa rental

Located in the mountains, this welcoming villa lets you experience it all in Monterrey. With convenient covered onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 26-minute drive to Arenal Volcano National Park or the 26-minute drive to Tabacon Hot Springs.

Relax by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the garden of this villa, which also features a deck or patio and outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental features a living room, a dining area, a BBQ grill, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Great place. Perfect for families, kitchen has everything you need. Beautiful outdoor looking at the Arenal volcano.

The place was so clean!!!!! It was the cleaniest place we visited in 2 weeks! Plus lots of small perks, such as coffee/snack/ treats/ laundry detergent to have while visiting. The view is amazing- and our 3 kids loved the private hot tub.

This house was exactly what our family of 5 needed for our stay in La Fortuna. The views from the property are spectacular. We were greeted with wonderful fresh fruit. While we, unfortunately, only speak English, Franklin was wonderful to communicate with. I used Google Translate, and he was so prompt to respond to any communication I sent. We ate dinner one night at the very near by Dona Luisa Restaurant which was a special treat and very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying at Franklin’s house.
