The solidly constructed Scout 60 vacation homes feature approximately 60 m² of living/usable space spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 4 people (+ 1 toddler in a travel crib). On the first floor is the bathroom (shower/toilet), the living room with an adjoining open kitchen and dining area (ceramic cooktop/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher). Access to the furnished terrace is from the living room, and from there, to the outdoor storage shed. An open staircase in the living area leads to the two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) on the upper floor. Storage options include either an outdoor storage room or a garden shed. Non-smoking homes—free Wi-Fi—pets allowed—bread roll delivery service from Easter through October!

The vacation village is located directly on the Elbe dike, on the grounds of an old fruit farm in the municipality of Hollern-Twielenfleth.
