Unheard of in Music Row Nashville :) The Space: This CozySuites is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and all the comforts of home. Great amenities await you! - modern design infused with authentic Nashville inspired decor - a fully equipped kitchen - 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a smart TV with Netflix/Hulu/Disney+/ESPN+ - garden area to lounge and relax with friends! - complimentary coffee - community garden with cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, gas grill, and fire pit! - 1 complimentary parking spot Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 king bed Living Area: 1 sofa bed Wheelchair accessible! Guest Access: Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities. The Neighborhood: There are so many places within walking distance of our building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying. Getting Around: Despite our free parking spot, a car is not needed! We are walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars! Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! For the bold and adventurous, we recommend the dockless Lime scooters, which is how we travel :) Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No smoking No parties or events Late check out fee is at $75/hour There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Interaction with Guests: We are available 24/7 by message through the app, call, text, or email!

We were in Nashville on a beautiful fall weekend with our 21year old daughter and 3 of her friends. The apartment was perfect- clean, comfortable and in a great location! We could easily walk or Uber to everywhere we wanted to go.

great for our excursions to Vanderbilt and could walk to many restaurants nearby. nice to have space to spread out during our stay. furnishings look nice in pics but not the highest quality but fine for a long weekend.

This place was the perfect location for us. Walking distance to restaurants and to Vanderbilt University. Short drive to downtown Nashville. Clean and comfortable. Great communication!
