Surfside Beach is conveniently located across the bridge at the West End of Galveston Island. Kick back on the beach, hang 10 on perfect waves, catch a trophy fish that will make your friends jealous, and enjoy the easygoing lifestyle. These are just a few of the things you can do during your vacation! Pet Friendly with the fee paid at the time of booking. Pet owners must obey all leash laws. The backyard is completely fenced for the safety of children and pets. The owner has provided a pet cleanup station - please clean up after your dog! The front balcony has a latched gate to keep children and dogs safe from open stairs. This homeowner has also provided the following complimentary conveniences for our guests: an EV charger (must provide your own cable), dog kennel, pack-n-play, and high chair. Sandy Cheeks Surfside is a gorgeous home that was completed in January 2023. This home has a full water filtration system with reverse osmosis for drinking and cooking (a must for Surfside, Texas)! The interior was professionally designed in a contemporary style and has all the comforts of home. You’ll find a spacious open floor plan on the main level with a large sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, shuffleboard, and an Infinity Game Table, which will be fun for adults and kids alike. The long dining table will accommodate all your guests and the modern kitchen offers everything you'll need to prepare meals. The kitchen includes an electric oven with an air fryer option, a crock pot, a microwave oven, a blender, a toaster, a waffle iron, a hand mixer, pots, pans, and utensils. A laundry room is nearby with a washer and dryer for use during your stay. Be sure to spend time on the deck, where you can sip on a cold drink while savoring the sunset. Make use of the charcoal grill and host a family barbecue. Sleep like a baby in any one of Sandy Cheeks’ four well-appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bench, and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and flat-screen TV, with back balcony access with a Gulf view. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and back balcony access with a Gulf view. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room and includes a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin-size trundle bed, accommodating five guests total. This room includes an "Arcade#1Up PacMan/Galaga Arcade" game for guest use. A shared bathroom is nearby with a walk-in shower and bench and includes a double vanity. Wake up refreshed and ready to enjoy all Surfside Beach has to offer. Grab your sunscreen, flip-flops and hit the beach for fun in the sun. Guests will have access to the 3rd bay garage where they will find beach toys, a ping pong table, boogie boards, beach chairs for adults and children, a cooler, a tent, and a wagon to transport everything to the beach.
