The breakfast was good. There was a wide variety of choice.
1. We were a group of three. There were only two towels and two bathrobes.
2. The cutlery (fork) and my glass smelt strongly of washing up liquid.

The hotel was wonderful. The rooms were beautifully arranged, very clean, and comfortable. The service was excellent, and all the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They were always willing to assist and genuinely cared about their guests.
I also had an issue with the ATM at the hotel. Although the problem has not been resolved yet, the staff took the matter seriously and made a real effort to help solve it, which I truly appreciated.
Throughout my stay, the staff always checked on me, asked how I was doing, and made sure I had everything I needed. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests made my stay a very pleasant experience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
There were a couple of things that I did not particularly like at first.
The location is somewhat away from the main tourist areas and is not in a very lively or central part of the city, so you need transportation almost every time you want to go somewhere. However, despite the distance from the city center, if I could go back in time, I would still choose the same hotel. I would simply use transportation again, because the overall experience at the hotel was worth it.
Another issue was with the room. When I made the reservation, I booked a large room of 84 square meters. However, upon arrival, I was given a smaller room. After staying there for two or three days, I noticed the difference and contacted the hotel. They were very cooperative and agreed to move me to the larger room I had originally booked.
So, while it was disappointing that I did not receive the correct room from the beginning, I really appreciated the fact that the hotel listened to my concern and eventually provided me with the room I had requested. This showed me that they genuinely care about their guests and are willing to solve problems when they arise.

I like the place and the room.
The floor of the room is too old, the wood floor was already removed from being attached, you should always wear slippers or else you’ll get hurt.
