It took our driver a bit of effort to find the place, but once we arrived in Mama Africa it was like entering the garden of Eden. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bungalows look absolutely amazing, the food was excellent as was the swimming pool. We definitely wish we could have stayed a little longer!
Personally I was very touched by their kindness to my eldest daughter who left the day after us and was very well looked after whilst she was there on her own.
We will definitely recommend the place to anyone who is planning to go to the Gambia!

Ein absolut magischer Ort! Ideal für Kunstliebhaber, die mal was besonderes erleben möchten und alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Jedes Gästehäuschen ist ein Kunstwerk für sich und luxuriös ausgestattet, der angenehm temperierte und sehr gepflegte Pool hat uns gefallen, überhaupt ist das herzliche und professionelle Personal, den ganzen Tag pausenlos beschäftigt, die Anlage zu pflegen und die Gäste zu verwöhnen! Essen übrigens einfach köstlich und seinen Preis absolut wert! Wir würden auf schnellstem Wege sofort wieder Mama Afrika ansteuern, sobald wir in Gambia landen! Dieses Juwel ist eine ganz besondere Empfehlung!!!
