A fairly new hotel with a good bed and clean facilities. The pool was lovely and a great temperature. It is pretty much next to the LotteMart complex. Affiliated with a massage facility next door. Staff were friendly on arrival and allowed us to store our luggage until the room was ready. Not all rooms have views; our balcony was only big enough to stand on and had a view of the next building.
Room had a kitchenette, which was unexpected; there were 2 saucepans and a frypan, but no kitchen utensils at all, only crockery.
Breakfast was pretty bland. Watery pho and tasteless pork dumplings. Items were not being replenished even though it was not especially busy. Choice of only 2 types of egg - omelette and scrambled.
The pool area while spotless and with great views had no pool towels or signs about where to get them. I went upstairs to the restaurant which was closed to be told I had to go to all the way down to reception for them.
Restaurant only seemed to be open for breakfast and there was a downstair lobby bar that also never seemed to be open, judging by the dust on the glasses there.
The recessed ceiling light could not be turned off completely, so there was a constant glow throughout the night.
