Daudz putekļu uz virsmām. Skaņas izolācija slikta. Vannasistabā durvis ļoti grūti aizvērt. Gaisa kondicionieris/sildītājs viesistabā nestrādāja.

Butas erdvus, patogi vieta - šalia prieplauka, stotelė. Du atskiri miegamieji patogu keliaujant su vaikais. Virtuvėje visi reikalingi indai. Šeimininkai greit reagavo į žinutes .
Atvykus radome nevalytas grindis, po lova dulkės, mėtosi plaukų gumulai ; baldų paviršiai nepilnai nuvalyti- matėsi pirštų antspaudai. Vonios kambario durys buvo išlūžusios. Bute buvo daug uodų ar mašalų, kurie naktį stipriai visus sukando. Priemonė nuo uodų atbaidymo pasibaigusi.
