Francesco is a very warm and friendly host. He and his grandson, Daniele, were there to greet us and walk through the property when we arrived. They gave us lots of great recommendations for the local area. The location is great… half way between an entrance to Pompeii Archeological Park and the beautiful cathedral / piazza. The property itself has everything you need and more. Many of the major appliances were new or like new (stove, oven, coffee maker, etc.) And it was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable memory foam. Finally, the AC worked well (if needed at all).
There is a bar next door which can be a little noisy at night, but it really didn’t bother us (earplugs work well). Parking can be difficult as in most Italian cities, but we felt comfortable with the security and space in the local paid lot recommended by Francesco.

Location to entrance gate to Pompeii archeological site and town
Got hassled by the owners for a review. Had to block their number 😒 No flexibility to arrive earlier and leave our bags. They turned up early on departure day and watched over us as we packed up before check out time. No washing machine liquid. Had to wait for shop nearby to open to purchase so lost half a day of drying time. The only reason we booked here was to do our laundry. Noisy with bar next door.
