Exceptional

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment and highly recommend it. The location is perfect, close to the old town and just 100 meters from a beautiful rocky beach. Free parking was always available right in front of the apartment. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, beautifully decorated with attention to detail. It had everything we needed and more. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a generous welcome package of wine, snacks, fruits, and sweets. Eleanora, our host, was incredibly kind and made sure our check-in and entire stay went smoothly. Her hospitality and genuine care were exceptional. It's evident that she manages the apartment with love and passion. In summary, this apartment offers a great location, tasteful decor, and every little convenience you could ask for. With a wonderful host like Eleanora, our stay was truly memorable. We can't recommend it enough!

Purtroppo un soggiorno da dimenticare, tanto da scegliere di andare via dopo soli due giorni.

Niente, tanto che abbiamo lasciato l’appartamento dopo soli 2 giorni, appena trovato un nuovo alloggio a Siracusa, nonostante avessimo già pagato per 8 giorni.

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato molto deludente e siamo stati costretti a lasciare l’appartamento dopo sole 2 notti, nonostante avessimo prenotato e già pagato per 8 notti. La posizione è in un quartiere poco comodo e il parcheggio non è disponibile: è necessario lasciare l’auto in strada, in una zona con vie molto strette, con il rischio di danneggiarla. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi: l’aria condizionata non funzionava, la lavatrice era guasta e nell’appartamento c’era un’eccessiva umidità. Inoltre, il divieto di gettare la carta igienica nel WC è stato piuttosto scomodo. Anche i letti sono risultati duri e poco confortevoli. Nel complesso, le condizioni dell’appartamento non hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e non ci hanno permesso di trascorrere serenamente il soggiorno.
