Prachtige locatie en heerlijk rustig verblijf. Met de auto is alles snel bereikbaar. Klein maar fijn en heel net huisje. Je kunt zien dat het met alle liefde is ingericht. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad.
Het enige wat wij misten was een eethoek. We hebben het buitentafeltje binnen gezet en dat werkte ook. Het bed is comfortabel (boven) maar voor ons wat smal.

Very friendly, yet discreet host. If you’re looking for peace and quiet in stunning scenery. Comfy beds with great sleep. The Boot & Shoe in Greystoke is worth a visit.
Anyone who wants to criticise this place must have a miserable life.

Loved the whole cottage so much that I would have liked to move in.
Garden great for a dog to run around in or have a little play with Tin Tin. I'll miss his morning visits and cuddles.
Not only did the hosts think of everything you might need/want gadget wise but also were very approachable and super helpful re any question we had. Thank you so much!
Location absolutely beautiful, too.

The location. The cottage was very clean. The hosts were friendly.
To access the second bedroom which is upstairs, you had to go via a door in the bathroom downstairs. We found this didn’t work for us because we had to text our daughter when the bathroom was free in the mornings so she could access the kitchen, dinning room/ lounge downstairs.
There wasn’t a dinning table only a small breakfast bar with bar stools which weren’t comfortable to sit on and very high to get on to. Plus there wasn’t room for your plates etc.
A proper dinning table where you can sit comfortably, enjoy a meal and good conversation is a must.
