The open plan kitchen, dining lounge area was beautiful, comfy and a great size for our group of 5. Such a nice view off the deck as well. Beds in the two double rooms were very comfortable and the renovated bathroom was nice. The location was easy to find and close to town, only a 5 min walk to the beach and then another 5 mins to the start of the shops, just up a really steep hill when you go to get back to the house so be prepared!
Initially we didn't know we needed to bring linen as the ad didn't state that very clearly and we were then given a lot of conflicting information. This got sorted eventually and we arranged linen and the company updated the ad to make sure it was clear for new customers. Happy with how it was handled.
The beds in the ground floor bunk room are hard as well but it is well set up for kids to stay in there.
The stairs to the lounge area are a lot so keep this in mind if you have mobility issues.

Awesome location and the place was massive! Had a homely vibe to it as well. Much larger than it looks. Staff in the office super nice and allowed early check-in and late check-out. We appreciated that.

The location is great, the kitchen /dining level is very usable, and the beds are comfy.
I really wanted to like this place., as the location is great.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t watch free to air TV, communicating this with the managing agent didn’t help!
The second smoke alarm closest to the kitchen space was missing.
The layout is awkward. For example there isn’t a door in the shower/bathroom/laundry combo room. The only way to privately use the combo room was to close the bedroom door it led in from.
I get it that perhaps it could act as an ensuite to the adjacent bedroom, however the only other shower to use almost requires contortionist skills to manoeuvre in and out of.
