The location was great. Not too far from airport and shopping centre. Staff are very nice.
First of all, i was charged extra 400 USD because booking automatically put 0 years for my 2 children so the management at the property considered I booked just for 2 adults instead of 2 adults, 2 children. I made a claim with booking.com and until now,I have no response. The reception never answers the phone when you call, issues with cleaning- stained bedsheets are not changed, not kid friendly, the mini bar is only filled with few sodas and beers-no juices for kids. Whereas tap water in Mexico is not drinkable, bottled water was not provided systematically despite it being all inclusive. This was very inconvenient especially with kids.Kids club not the best, closed the entire stay. Poor kids entertainment.
