Ótima infraestrutura, funcionários atenciosos. Poucos minutos de caminhada até a avenida principal de Bonito, com todas as opções de restaurantes, bares, farmácias e lojas.
O hotel parecia vazio, já que a maioria das pessoas sai para passeios que duram grande parte do dia.
Nada que eu não tivesse gostado.

Quarto, tv, cama, chuveiro e área externa.
Não ter um restaurante, um serviço de quarto.
O bar da piscina abre tarde e não tem nada para comer.

Excepcional! Já no check in, oferecem champanhe como cortesia. Equipe simpática e hotel extremamente lindo, tudo impecável. Quartos aconchegantes e limpos, café da manhã farto, área de lazer muitíssimo agradável e tem até gatinhos como mascotes. Contato com a natureza já no hotel e, no check out, oferecem um cheirinho do hotel para lembrarmos de Bonito. Indico e retornarei sempre, com certeza!

Bunk beds are really nice, they have curtains for privacy and lots of storage room. Generally, the dorm, like the whole hotel, was beautifully furnished and spacious. Bar and bar staff was also exceptional.
Shared kitchen, bathroom and room could be cleaner (we stayed in a dorm and hence it can‘t be super clean all the time, I know, but even after the cleaning team was in there were still a lot hair everywhere and in the kitchen was all the time a disgusting smell, most probably from the extractor hoods…). Also, there were cockroaches everywhere, especially in our room (here again, it is a place in the nature and insects are common, I know, but we had them in our beds and that is really disgusting - maybe some insect nets for the windows would help). Kitchen was also poorly equipped. On the other hand, the restaurant on site offers some vegan options, but we were really disappointed by those. E.g., the vegan breakfast was not at all what was advertised in the menu. There was missing half of what should be included. We were offered two fruit bowls instead of one to come up for the missing items, which was nice, but we would have preferred to get what was written in the menu after all.
