This is a lovely cottage with a north-facing aspect. There's lots of light from the windows on all sides. The cottage is well equipped.

We chose this place for our family weekend getaway because: 1) location was close to trails etc. 2) private, 3) spacious, 4) cute and homey, 5) mountain view. This home had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and braai, it was very clean and nicely designed to the detail (even the bedside plugs had USB-C port). Check in and check out process was extremely easy and straightforward. We only stayed here for 1 night and regretted not staying longer. Nice home for the family to relax after a long day of adventure in Tsitsikamma. Will definitely stay again!
The steps/ladder to the top room is quite steep and need to be careful with little ones. The room upstairs was also quite warm which was nice for the winter but may be too warm for the summer.

The cottage was perfect for our family. Had all that was necessary for self catering. We enjoyed our stay and it was easy to visit all that Storms River / Tsitsikamma has to offer.
