Nice location, reasonably priced. Staff was very attentive and common areas were nice.
The shower drain was clogged to the point of swimming, the light went out every 3 minutes or so so you had to get out of the shower and wave. The fire alarm went on in the middle of the night and woke everyone up.

Modern, fresh, clean.
A lot to like. Very little to dislike. My gripe would be that I wish this same building were completely transferred to O’Connell Street or George’s Street. It was a tiny bit of a schlep to get there, but if you are aiming for a certain number of “steps”, it’s perfect.

The staff was very helpful and nice
The room was dirty when I got in. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and I had to clean up before I could comfortably use it. There are no hangers provided for the closet, which made it impractical. The fan in the bathroom never winds down so it’s quite loud at night.
