Location was good and very peaceful Ideal for our motorcycle trip

Needed some maintenance, internal doors were sticking, hard to close. On leaving you are asked to strip the bedding. When you do that the state of the mattress is awful.

I did find it difficult to find a comfortable seat to relax in after a day out walking. The sofas where functional, although i found quite uncomfortable and resorted to sitting at the dining table. I would've sat on the floor if id brought the bean bags with me. I did report lack of wi-fi on arrival, which the manager attended to, although i still was unable to access on mobile or laptop during the stay, which might have something to do with the 'open' network and my security settings? but i wasn't prepared to spend more time on IT, i ended up pairing my mobile data with laptop via my own network. The roof guttering drips right above the entrance door, which was frustrating when trying to take boots off before entering - if its been raining. An inside door mat would be useful to be able to put outdoor footware. We did use the 'Blue' folder to try one of the local 5mile walks, although there was supposed to be a footbridge across the Wye on the walk, which proved not to be there and resulted in 1-1/2 mile walk along the main road. (i will email the owners direct regarding this, so they can amend the folder if necessary) These are only constructive comments for the owners, not nit picking for public review.
