Location and size. Rooms and proximity of private beach
Needs more maintenance. Pool was not clean. Garden lacks attentions. Stairs to beach broken and dangerous.

The space, the view, the complete use of kitchen and dining utensils/cutleries, pool & access to the sea and the location. No neighbours to worry about so you can sing out loud in a karaoke. If you want peace and quiet, you can isolate yourself. There are separate viewing decks enclosed and open area.
Bathroom floor is almost parallel to the bedroom. Excess shower water overflows towards the bedroom.

Die Fantastische Alleinlage und der Ausblick waren ein Genuss.
Die Sauberkeit im Außenbereich kann leicht verbessert werden, in dem der Müll aufgesammelt wird und gekehrt wird. Des Weiteren waren ein Teil des Inventares defekt und könnte sich ohne großen Zeitaufwand reparieren lassen und somit den Wohlfühlfaktor erhöhen.
