It's a nice and spacious apartment, very comfortable for family. It has everything that could be needed.
There were three key boxes at the entrance, we had to try the code on all of them to figure out which one is ours. Maybe there was a note regarding it in the email, but I didn't notice it. Also the apartment door lock was kind of tricky - it would be nice to have a video instruction on how to unlock it. I've spent like 5 minutes to understand how it works using the written instructions... And also there were some problems with online check-in link, but we managed to solve them.

Convenient location. Just minutes by car to old town Brasov, and easy access to from the highway. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were two grocery stores within just a few minutes drive of the apartment. The apartment was very clean.
The Wi-Fi did not work for the entire 3 night stay. The company that manages the property stated they would put in a work order, but it was not fixed during our stay. From previous reviews I can see that this has been an issue in the past as well. If you are counting on internet Wi-Fi access this may not be the property for you. The mattresses for the bunk bed were very thin and only suitable for small children, not teenagers or adults. The apartment is on the first floor (one floor up) and the very bright street lights are right at window height. Note, none of the windows have blackout shades (curtains) only thin privacy curtains, so the bedrooms are VERY bright at night.
