It was very clean, and the host was friendly. It is perhaps a property better suited to advertising on Airbnb, where there is more accommodation, such as this, where one is renting a room in someone's actual house, as opposed to dedicated purpose-built holiday accommodation for travellers and tourists.
This is a downstairs bedroom (with external access) within a family home. It is not bespoke holiday accommodation. Although the listing does apparently state that you don't have a bathroom, this was not obvious to me in the listing. Both we and the other couple in the house were surprised to find we were sharing a bathroom. The bedroom is very small, but would have been Okay if not for the huge pieces of furniture (chest of drawers and armchair) taking up all the available spare space. No room for 2 suitcases. Only one bedside table.
