This was one of our best stays in recent memory and we travel a lot. The hosts went above and beyond during check-in and check-out and were so helpful when we asked for recommendations. We had a very late train back and they were absolutely accomodating and we were able to use that whole last day fruitfully because of this (and we were so grateful). They even gave us a little parting gift! We were asked if we wanted more water, coffee, snacks, beer, fresh towels, etc etc during our stay (we were there one week) several times and they let us know to also just send them a message if we changed our mind and wanted something. AC kept the room comfortable in the heat, and our little do was very happy here as well! They were so kind and polite, we are absolutely coming back to stay the next time we are in Catania. The property is in an excellent location and walkable distance to absolutely everything. We will be recommending this property to all of our friends as well for their trips to Catania. Couldnt have asked for a better stay, and it really felt like a home away from home.

Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, ziemlich neu renoviert. Guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin per WhatsApp. Sie hat sich um Probleme im Apartment sofort gekümmert. Getränke im Kühlschrank, Snacks in der Küche (leider teilweise Haltbarkeitsdatum überschritten) und Kaffeekapseln vorhanden. Eigentlich gerne wieder, wenn nicht das Problem mit den Abflüssen wäre.
Oberflächlich bis schlecht (Schimmel im Kühlschrank) geputzt - Putzkraft sollte gewechselt werden oder durch die Vermieterin persönlich kontrolliert werden. Nachts, besonders am Wochenende, bis in die Morgenstunden laut, da Tische von 2 Bars in der kleinen Straße aufgestellt werden (hat uns jedoch nicht gestört).
Hauptproblem: es stinkt aus den Abflüssen. Es gibt auch keinen Abzug im fensterlosen Bad. Auch die aufgestellten Duftstäbe im Flur und Bad können den üblen Geruch nicht neutralisieren.
