Fußläufig zum Zentrum für einen guten Preis zu wohnen. Grundsätzlich war auch das Zimmer und Bad vollkommen in Ordnung. Hier habe ich bei der Bewertung auch eher nach oben tendiert. Die Frage ist, wo man den Maßstab ansetzt, um andere Urlaubern keine überzogenen Erwartungen nahezulegen. Ich selbst war völlig zufrieden.

Das Haus von außen und die Bausubstanz der Balkone sind schon fragwürdig. Das spielt aber ja drinnen keine Rolle mehr. Der Duschkopf könnte erneuert werden und aus den Abflüssen im Bad fängt es schnell an zu müffeln, wenn kein Durchlauf gegeben ist. Im Vorfeld des Aufenthaltes wäre es schon sinnvoll nach der Buchung auf die notwendige Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter hingewiesen zu werden. Ein Informationsdefizit gab es auch zum Auschecken…

stanza carina, abbastanza spaziosa con balcone privato e riscaldamento complessivamente una buona esperienza senza troppe pretese e ottimo prezzo

non troppo pulita ma neanche sporca, nessuna colazione e mancavano lo zucchero per il caffè e lo shampoo nella doccia, mobilio non nuovissimo ma funzionale. pochi servizi.
