Good location - a short walk away to bus stops and a cheap and tasty Chinese takeaway and useful places (laundromat, convenience stores). Considering South London, it's pretty good value for money. You get your own sink and tea making facility too. Staff were very attentive to requests - you will need to ask for the hair dryer! The curtains do a reasonable job blocking out light Decent free wifi!

Pillow is too large and firm for me, making it difficult to sleep. I ended up sleeping under it. Most likely because I'm short, so your mileage may vary. May want to reconsider booking during a heatwave upstairs. Did the best I could with a fan but if I open the window, I'd have to gamble with sudden bouts of outside noise - airplanes, trains, sirens and all the sort. I say this as a deep sleeper! There's not anywhere proper to put a laptop or takeaway meal. You can use the bedside table but it's very awkward. A foldout table that can be stored aside would be very handy.

Quiet did not hear any other guests. Good bus service.

No chair to pull out in the room. Didn't like to eat snacks sitting on bed.

I liked the location. My circumstances didn’t permit me to have breakfast as I had to leave early in the morning. I also liked the location which was a 2 min walk to the Twickenham rugby stadium. Staff were friendly Room was clean TV, shower and toilet in good working order.

The Thursday and Friday was very hot in the UK during my stay. There was a fan provided which worked, but it was a low quality item. Since summers are only going to get hotter it would be good if the owners can upgrade their fans so it blows out cold air and equip their rooms with 2 fans. The fans only blew out the temperature in the room This made the room uncomfortable at night. The decore of the carpets very dated
