We communicated our arrival time in advance so that Eirini could be there to meet us and to explain where to park the car. We were always able to communicate via What’s App. Ask here about the ferry schedule as there is more than one company and difficulty to find all schedules online.
We booked a Seaview room and loved looking over the bay. There is a great little beach opposite. This beach had nice soft sand, hardly anyone there and no driving involved. Simos beach is famous and busy but didn’t really offer anything better except its pretty landscape and photographic value - unless you want sunbeds etc.
The property had a Nespresso pod machine and supplied some pods which was appreciated. Compact but adequate bathroom and a nice sea view balcony and 2 chairs. There were also 2 chairs on the rear deck and a clothes rack (damaged and needs replacing but no big deal).
We had dinner next door Aronis Fish Taverna right next door with tables on the next to the water on concrete base (not in the sand) but lovely quiet location. Food wasn’t limited to seafood and served all the traditional Greek items and was excellent. Just opposite Theros was Corelli taverna, right next to the sand and overlooking the beach we had a nice lunch. I would definitely recommend this property and it is only a short meander to the busier main town area.
Just replace the clothes rack.

Apartment in excellent condition (it seemed brand new) with tasteful minimalist decor. Large window with a view to the sea and nice balcony. Very functional unit with spacious bathroom (no flooding! good water drainage), hot water 24/7 with great pressure. The host, Eirini, was wonderful, so warm and helpful! As we arrived after 7.30 pm, when the main street is closed to traffic, she personally guided us through the alternative way (beltway) to the hotel's parking. Top location close to all the restaurants and just across a nice small beach for a quick swim. WiFi was excellent.

The host, Irene, was very warm and welcoming. Great location and the apartment had everything we needed. Will definitely return in the future.
