The location is less than a ten minute walk from the main train station. There are many grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Light rail stops just minutes away. The building is a secure location. The room is larfer than most encountered in Nürnberg. The bed is large and comfortable. There are many kitchen untencils and plates, cups and glasses. The refrigerator is large and cold. The windows are large and let in a lot of light. The restroom has a large shower with a rainfall style shower head. The washing machine is simple to use and an added bonus.
There is a restaurant across the street that stays open late and people can be heard talking late into the night. The light rail passes by on the main street and can be heard during the day.

Es kann nicht gereinigt worden sein. Ich hoffe, dass wenigstens die Betten frisch bezogen waren.

Location is fine. Comfortable enough.
€45 cleaning free for a one night stay and yet still there were huge signs everywhere to take out our bins. Notes in the kitchen to clean and put away all of our dishes. Even a note in the bathroom on how to keep it clean. Made us feel like unwelcome, non paying guests. You either charge a rip off price for cleaning or you ask us to do it - you don't get to do both.
The code entry eventually worked but took 7 attempts (these things suck). Pretty sure I'm done with unserviced apartments after this one.
