The owner is very helpful and you have a nice spacious space.
its close to a massage parlor. You will get asked for massages a lot.

首先服务台那个阳光男孩很可爱，彬彬有礼，真诚，热情。然后性价比很高，舒适安静，有家的感觉。地理位置也可以，交通方便。
整体都挺好的

Not much
I’m not sure how some scores have been ‘exceptional’.
We arrived to a smoke filled ‘pho cafe’ and a young lad escorted us to our apartment. We found the kitchen very dirty. Lipstick on mug, unclean surfaces, hypodermic needle in the cupboard, dirty fridge and greasy cooker hood. He contacted his boss and it was promptly cleaned.
The bathroom was clean but had a damp odour (internal bathroom) - dated which didn’t add to its appeal. No shower curtain so water went all over the floor.
The sofa was grubby, the windows dirty, the apartment looks over a busy main road.
The bedroom was clean as was the linen.
Location was fine and could get a bus to old quarter 10 mins down the road.
Nowhere near a 10 - even it had been spotless!
