The communication before we went was excellent. Greeting on arrival friendly and efficient- we were early so they stored our bags and messaged us when our room was ready. The room was spotless, bed comfortable, lots of tea/coffee and biscuits. Even though we were above a lively bar there was very little noise.
Ideal for a weekend in Dublin. Easily within walking distance of bars,attractions and shops

The location was excellent, right in the centre, everywhere we visited was within walking distance.
I informed the hotel it was my partners birthday, they put up a birthday banner in the room which was really special.
The staff were really friendly, suggesting places for us to visit and letting us store our bags on check out day until we left for the airport.
The drinks voucher was a generous bonus!
The street outside was a little noisy at night but a small price to pay for being so close to the centre.
The room was a little hot even with the window open

The location was fantastic and the pub downstairs great. Rooms and bathroom were small but comfortable. Lots of outlets for charging
We chose to open the window and it was very noisy so don’t open it. There is A/C.

It’s fairly inexpensive for Dublin and good location.
It’s just rooms over a pub with no front desk.
