I liked that room was very spacious, bed very comfortable and everything in the room was very clean . Kitchen was very good supplied. Staff was caring if I need anything.
Larger amount of flies in kitchen . And bedding could use some fresh fragrance . It was clean but without scent. Quite loud conversation of the office stuff behind the wall . While I was trying to work too.

The staff was very helpful and kind in responding to my requests, although they neglected to tell me the WiFi code until I asked them. The location is not scenic, but ti was close to the uni, which was important to me.
The linens—towels, sheets, bedcovers need a good long washing in HOT water, and to be throroughly dried, in direct sun if at all possible. Or else they just need to be replaced. The towels & sheets were gray from use, felt cold and sightly damp, and very musty smelling

I like the location of the property, it's cleanliness and v. helpful n cordial staff.
Though overall everything is good but if room is booked for two adults , bed size should be Queen size or bigger than that. Rest all is well.

The compactness of the property was good, one big room with bed, sink, wardrobe and table in it and then a bathroom.
The location of the property was on a main road and the main road was very busy and noise. There wasn't any curtains in the property and the blinds that were at the windows didn't block all the light out, therefore there should have been triple glazing to block the noise out and there should have been curtains up to block the light that the blinds let through. The owners of the property only work Mon - Fri and therefore were not around at the weekend, when we were staying. If an emergency would have happened there was no one around to help and we were not given any contact numbers to call if anything had happened. The car park was on the property's front and not safe to drive on and off due to the main road, and being on top of the junction of traffic lights, we were told by the owner that it was a privilege to have a car parking space, that was beside the point due to the location of the car park and the property. The shower didn't work as it should, it was either very hot or very cold and the hot water safety value on the shower didn't work. The radiator in the bathroom was on full all the time and therefore danger of burning yourself when placing towels on to dry, there was no bath towels left out and we only had hand towels to dry ourselves after a shower and the was no spare toilet rolls left in the bathroom, (we had to buy some ourselves).
