The space is amazing! You get the whole living room and balcony all to yourself and can shut the door for privacy. Location is unbeatable.

We loved our stay at John’s place. The location was excellent — so convenient and perfect for exploring the area. John was an awesome host, friendly, welcoming and really helpful.
The accommodation was comfortable and the bed was especially comfortable, which makes such a difference when travelling. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend John’s place! Loved the balcony

Un excelente departamento en el centro de Niza. El cuarto es muy amplio, la cama cómoda, todo muy limpio. La comunicación con John fue muy fluida y estuvo siempre disponible por cualquier cosa. Un excelente lugar para pasar unos días en Niza!

남자 호스트가 같이 사는 숙소라해서 여자 2명이서 가는거라 걱정이 많았는데 방 분리 잘 되어있고 가장 좋은 방을 내줘서 테라스에서 라면도 먹었고 뷰도 정말 좋았어요
에어컨이있다는게 니스 여름의 한줄기 빛이었고 주인분이 정말 깔끔하고 청소를 잘해서 화장실, 샤워실, 부엌 너무 만족했습니다 또 오고싶어요 고마웠습니다
그리고 무엇보다 숙소 위치가 미쳤고 트램, 버스정류장이랑 다 가까웠어요 그리고 호스트인 조나단이 계속 신경써주고 연락해주고 이것저것 추천해줬답니다 숙소 진짜 깨끗하고 좋았어요
저는 나중에 니스오면 또 여기 묵고싶네요
